- Purchased products will only be delivered upon receiving the full payment and clearance in the account. Payment can be done either by bank transfer or credit card into our designated Malaysian Bank Account.
- Successful orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days (Klang Valley and Selangor) and 3 – 4 working days (other than Klang Valley and Selangor state). Deliveries to other states other than Klang Valley and Selangor will be handled by a 3rd party logistics company such as Pos Laju, J&T and so on.
- We will only entertain or accept returned goods if cases where the goods are damaged during delivery or defected upon receiving the items such as melting issue.
